Leave a Lasting Legacy
If you would like to extend your support to the RiteCare Childhood Language Centers of California and have a lasting impact, there are several gift arrangements to choose from.
A gift for eternity to support the RiteCare Language Centers will change a child’s life, in addition to changing yours. When you give to the Foundation you get more than a potential tax deduction, you will have the gift of knowing that you helped provide a child with essential therapy to learn to overcome speech, language and literacy disorders.
There are many different ways to make a Legacy Gift and support the RiteCare Childhood Language Centers of California. If you are not familiar with gifts through bequests and trusts, it will be helpful for you to review the Planned Giving Goals Worksheet which is an overview of common planned giving opportunities. Some of the gift options provide you and your beneficiaries with income for life as well as possible tax benefits.
We recognize individuals who have provided for the RiteCare Childhood Language Centers of California in their estate plans. To become a Legacy Guild member, simply let us know you have named the California Scottish Rite Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, trust, gift annuity, life insurance policy, 401K or other similar tax-deferred retirement plan.
Whether you would like to put your donation to work today or benefit us after your lifetime, we can assist you in identifying a charitable plan that lets you provide for your family while also supporting the California Scottish Rite Foundation and those we serve.
Prior to considering making a Legacy Gift, the first element to consider is creating a will or trust. If you have not met with an attorney and written a will or trust, regardless of your charitable intent, please review this important information on wills and trusts. Should you have any questions regarding making a Legacy Gift, please feel free to contact Lynne Elwan, Chief Philanthropy Officer at (714) 713-1126.
